Shop Manager
Job description
Lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our shop! Responsibilities include overseeing technicians, managing inventory, and adhering to safety standards. Experience in auto repair, welding, or mechanics is a plus.
Compensation will be based on experience.
This job does have potential to advance to the position of Shop Manager.
- Assemble and disassemble drivelines; wash parts, inspect parts and discard all damaged parts
- Prepare list of required replacement parts on work order
- Pull new parts from inventory and complete the appropriate paperwork
- Paint and label parts
- Reassemble, time and balance if required
- Tag units as required
- Place units in inventory or for customer pick up as required
- Submit work order for invoicing
- Clean work area as required and maintain equipment; Adhering to all environmental, health and safety standards
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Valid driver’s license and/or CDL with good driving record
- Auto repair, welding, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required
- Previous driveline technician experience
- A passion for off road vehicles and racing

Driveline Technician
Job description
Build high-performance drivelines for off-road and racing vehicles! You’ll assemble, disassemble, inspect, and paint driveline components, ensuring top quality for our customers. Previous experience is a plus, but a passion for off-road vehicles and a willingness to learn are essential.
